Entry restrictions

China Hong Kong

Entry restrictions

Non-Hong Kong residents will be refused entry.

The following persons are exempt from entry restrictions:
• Depart from Mainland China, Taiwan or Macau and have not visited other countries/regions in the past 14 days
• Diplomatic/service passport holders (subject to current visa requirements)
• Spouse and children of Hong Kong residents
• Passengers who hold a new entry visa to work, study, establish or engage in any business, or settle in Hong Kong
Passengers belonging to this exemption category must still meet the conditions of at least 14 days expected/permitted period of stay in order to undergo compulsory quarantine for 14 days, otherwise they will be refused entry.

Transit requirements
Starting from June 2020, 6, Hong Kong International Airport will gradually resume transfer services in phases. Passengers will be able to transit through Hong Kong under the following circumstances:
• Itinerary is included in a single booking
• Meet the entry requirements of the final destination
• The luggage has been checked to the final destination
• Obtained the boarding pass for the connecting flight at the departure place
• Transfer time within 24 hours
There is no transit service to and from Mainland China destinations in this first phase.

Macao, China

Entry restrictions

Only the following persons are allowed to enter Macau:
• Macao SAR passport holders
• Holders of Macao SAR Identity Card
• Nationals of the People’s Republic of China who hold a Macau SAR Travel Pass
• Passengers holding a visit card for residents of the Macao Special Administrative Region
• Passengers with valid travel documents/visa valid for more than 14 days
• Residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan

Taiwan, China

Entry restrictions

The following persons can enter Taiwan on June 2020, 6:
• International students returning to Taiwan from Hong Kong and Macau
• Foreigners (except for sightseeing)
Transit restrictions
Starting from June 2020, 6, passengers can transfer at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) under the following circumstances:
• Transfer time within 8 hours
• Fly on the same airline
Additional entry requirements
All passengers must submit a health declaration to Taiwan quarantine officers upon arrival.
 
Quarantine measures
All eligible passengers entering Taiwan must undergo home isolation for 14 days

United States

Entry restrictions

Non-U.S. citizens and residents who have visited the following countries/regions in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter:

Quarantine requirements

Entry restrictions

All passengers must wear a mask before boarding any flight to Canada
 
Only the following persons are allowed to enter Canada: 
• Canadian citizens and permanent residents (and their immediate family members)
• The immediate family members of Canadian citizens and permanent residents.Immediate family members are defined as: the person’s spouse or common-law partner; the dependent children of the person or his spouse or common-law partner; the dependent children of dependent children; the parent or the parent of the person or the person’s spouse or common-law partner Stepparent; guardian or tutor of the person

new Zealand

Entry restrictions

• All foreign nationals are not allowed to enter New Zealand
 
Exemption from entry restrictions
• The partner, legal guardian or any minor children of a New Zealand citizen or residence visa holder traveling together
• Australian citizens and permanent residence visa holders who usually reside in New Zealand
• Transit passengers heading to the next permitted entry area
• If the final destination is Australia, Australian citizens (not residing in New Zealand) are allowed to transit through New Zealand
  
Quarantine requirements 
• After arriving in the country, they must immediately undergo mandatory quarantine for 14 days
Transit restrictions
• Passengers must stay in restricted areas and not enter New Zealand
• Transit passengers must transit New Zealand within 24 hours
 

Japan

Entry restrictions

South Korea

Entry restrictions

People who meet the following conditions are not allowed to enter Korea:
• Hold a Chinese passport with Hubei Province as the issuing place
• Hold any visa issued by the Korean Consulate in Wuhan
• Visited Hubei Province in the past 14 days
•  Passengers transiting through Korean airports must transfer within 24 hours
 
Exemption from entry restrictions 
• Korean citizens, permanent residents, their spouses and immediate family members are allowed to enter
Quarantine measures
• All passengers are required to undergo quarantine for 14 days after arrival
• Foreigners who hold short-term visas or do not have the right of abode must undergo quarantine at a government agency at a cost of 1,400,000 won
• All passengers must install the "Self-Diagnosis Mobile App" after entering Korea
 

Singapore

Entry restrictions

Starting from March 3 (local time), only the following people are allowed to enter Singapore: 
• Singaporean,permanent resident
• Long-term pass holders (including work card, student card, family card and long-term visit card)
• Hold a pre-approved business pass issued by the Ministry of Trade and Industry
 
Additional entry requirements 
• All people arriving in Singapore must submit a health declaration before arrival.The health declaration must be completed electronically through the Singapore Electronic Arrival Card service link which will open in a new window.This service will be provided three days before the arrival of passengers.You can also download mobile apps for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Quarantine measures 
• All Singapore citizens, residents, long-term pass holders and short-term pass holders who arrive in the country will be issued a 14-day Home Notice (SHN).Passengers must provide proof of residence during the 14-day stay at home (for example, hotel reservations covering the entire period of stay, or residences owned by them/family)

Entry restrictions

All foreigners are not allowed to enter or transit through Malaysia until August 2020, 8.
Exemption from entry restrictions

Entry restrictions

• Those who transport essential goods and leave the country immediately after completing their duties

• Entry certificate issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Medical certificate suitable for flying/traveling, and a laboratory report that proves that there is no new coronavirus infection by RT-PCR within 72 hours before departure)
• US$100,000 inpatient medical expenses (including new coronavirus) insurance

United Kingdom

Entry restrictions

There are currently no nationality or entry restrictions related to travel history into the UK.

Quarantine requirements
If passengers from the following countries and regions have not been to any other country or region in the past 14 days, they do not need to self-quarantine upon arrival in the UK:
